Last Date Day with John in India
Most people
use their family members for babysitters and since we do not have any family
here in Bangalore per say, we used the kids’ school as our babysitter. Plus,
John and I prefer to go out during the day because it is when we have the most
energy and can really enjoy our time together. At night, we like to retreat to
our perspective places and enjoy
“me” time.
“me” time.
Today, John
and I traveled by bus to a very trendy spot called Sarjapur Social. We have
heard so much about it and that the ambiance is truly one of a kind. And they
were correct. It felt like we were in a fancy hotel lounge—you know that hush
classiness. It was on the top floor of a building and while it was not
completely open, one whole side had windows that were open. Similar to
restaurant son Newbury street in Boston where there are tall glass windows that
open up completely. We had a delightful lunch, superb coffee (I had an expresso
with ice-cream—dessert and a pick me up—perfect combination), and scintillating
conversations (mostly reminiscing about our time in India).

We hopped
back on the bus, picked up some groceries, and relaxed at home before we picked
up the kids from school one last time.
We are on
the final countdown so many of our posts will be the last time we do some of
our favorite things.
Cheers to
an AMAZING time in India!
